Anantnag, Aug 31 (KNO): The local residents of Mir Bazar in South Kashmir's Anantnag on Wednesday said that they are facing tremendous hardships as the J&K Bank’s Mir Bazar branch grapples with a staff shortage. Speaking to the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), the residents said they are facing a problem as they have to stand in long queues for a long time due to the Bank's very limited staff. “I visited the Bank to deposit my money, but it took me almost half an hour because the waiting queue was very long,” said Meer Shabnum, a local from the area. “I visited the Bank in the morning and was in a hurry to get to my office. However, the shortage of staff here at the bank consumed too much of my time,” said another local resident. “As a local, I would like to request the concerned authorities of J&K Bank to look into the matter at an earliest,” he added—(KNO)
